Return Policy:
Here at Amy's Antiques we strive to give you the best customer service possible. With our No Returns/No Refunds/No Exchanges policy, we do understand things happen. Please understand we try our best to convey color, size, and condition of each item. Color may vary due to photography, lighting, and computer resolution.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as received. Insurance has been purchased based on the purchase price of your item. If you receive a broken item, file a claim with the shipping company.
Shipping & Handling:
Each item will be handled individually with care. We will determine the best shipping method from USPS to UPS, Fed Ex, and others to ship your item to you. All shipping, handling, and sales tax costs are paid by the purchaser.
Items are shipped on Wednesday of each week. All items ordered through Tuesday by 5:00 pm CST will be included in the Wednesday shipping process. Items ordered on Wednesday or later in the week will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Live Items:
Our listed items are also active items in our store in Montgomery, Alabama. We will make every effort to pull your item and mark it sold as soon as purchased. If we are unable to do so and the item is sold in the store, your full purchase amount will be refunded to you.
